About the new budget

Yesterday, the final session of the SOVSEM (VGD Parliament) took place, where the Drakonberg budget for the already started financial year was finally approved. According to the law, the budget should have been adopted three days ago, but due to significant changes in the new budget compared to the previous one, the debate dragged on longer than expected.

The final budget is published on the official website of the VGD, and the resolution adopted yesterday is in the "Government" section.

New budget adopted

In the middle of summer, one fiscal year ended in Drakonberg and the next began. The resolution on the adoption of the budget can be found in the section "Government".

Why this happens on August 1, no one remembers now, the tradition is very old, which arose long before the appearance of the Drakonberg itself as a state.

Yesterday, a meeting of the Drakonberg Parliament was held, at which the state's internal budget for the new 2023/2024 financial year was adopted. The results of the past year and further prospects for the economic development of our state were also discussed.

The budget is approved

According to a long tradition, the fiscal year in Drakonberg begins on August 1. According to Article 8.2.1 of the Drakonberg Constitution, a draft internal budget for the coming 2022-2023 fiscal year has been prepared.
