Happy New Year 2025!

Today is January 1, 2025. This time the decoration of the New Year's Eve meeting in Drakonberg was not the same as before. You can see it in the picture, you can click on it and see in detail.

Of course, we could not install our previous big Christmas tree, because the new resident of our state does not know how to properly perceive such objects. Therefore, the Christmas tree is small and stands very high. But we must note that this particular small Christmas tree has reached us from the depths of decades, though not centuries, of course...

So, New Year's Eve!

In the past 2014 we celebrated 10 years of existence of our state. Despite the fact that we have made quite a lot of progress in the study of our history, we have not yet managed to find unequivocal evidence of the truthfulness of the ancient legends of our people. But we will continue our research!

We should also note that due to the busyness of the citizens of the state with real affairs, we practically did not deal with the issue of establishing new diplomatic relations, and the old ones were supported purely nominally. We hope that this issue will receive more attention in the coming year.

As for the country's economy, on the whole it remains stable, although the current financial year has already forced us to use some reserves. But since many economists predict strong inflation of all world currencies, it may be wise to spend some of the reserves now. In any case, all expenditures are aimed at improving the state and making life more comfortable for citizens.

This time we decided not to make plans for the coming year, as the whole situation in the world is too unstable. The government will make decisions based on the dynamics of current changes and needs. The main thing is that Drakonberg continues not only to exist (unlike dozens or hundreds of micronations that have already disappeared), but also looks into the future with confidence.

We wish a Happy New Year to all our readers and all our diplomatic partners, and wish peace, prosperity and joy to all!
